Open it, right-click the Resource.cfg file and select 'Copy'ĨB If you opened it with Windows Explorer, you'll see a file called Resource.cfg. If you extracted, there will now be a new folder on your desktop. You can also select 'Open with' and choose 'Windows Explorer'.ĨA. right-click the Resource.zip file and select 'Extract'. Go here to get the Woohooer mod: - save it to your desktopĨ. Minimize the \Mods window (don't close it - we'll need it in a minute)ħ. zip file, but we'll deal with that shortly.Ħ. if there is no Resource.cfg file go here: and one will download. if there is no \Packages folder, make one (click the 'New Folder' button and call it 'Packages' without the quotes)ĥB. There might be others, but these two must be there: a \Packages folder and a file called Resource.cfgĥA. Inside of that folder there need to be two things. If you're using something else, we may have found your problem.ĥ. I am assuming that you're using Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1, or Windows 10. Go with either the A step or the B step, but do not do both. You'll have to make a couple of choices along the way. OK, this will come out as a wall of text, but we'll take it step by step.
